    Hi Saleem,

Single-use code is a type of OTP (One-Time Password). If you have a product key for Microsoft Office, you can redeem at

    https://setup.office.com/redeem/enter-key

Be sure to cross verify the Microsoft account you are trying to redeem, in case you have multiple Microsoft accounts.

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Otherwise, please take a moment to rate the answer. Wishing you good luck!

To activate your Microsoft Office subscription using the single-use code you received, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 setup page.
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account. If you don't have one, you will need to create it.
    3. Once signed in, look for the option to enter your product key. This is usually on the setup page.
    4. Enter the single-use code you received in your email.
    5. Follow the prompts to complete the activation process.

If you do not see the option to enter the code, ensure that you are logged into the correct Microsoft account associated with your purchase. If the issue persists, you may need to check if your purchase was completed successfully or contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
