    Hi John,

    That's a Western Digital driver.

Do a Google Search for that driver

issue. There are answers out there, but

I won't post links to 3rd party sites.

To resolve the issue with the "wdcsam64.sys" driver not loading due to a security setting, you may need to check the kernel-mode code signing policy. If the driver is not correctly signed, Windows may block it from loading. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check Device Manager: Look for any error messages related to the driver in Device Manager. If it indicates that the driver is blocked, it may be due to it being unsigned or corrupted.
    2. Use Code Integrity Diagnostic Logs: You can use the Code Integrity diagnostic system log events to further diagnose the problem. This can provide more details on why the driver is not loading.
    3. Consider Driver Signing: Ensure that the driver is properly signed. If you are using a test-signed driver, you may need to enable the TESTSIGNING boot configuration option using BCDEdit, but this requires administrative rights.
    4. Reinstall the Driver: If the driver is corrupted or missing, reinstalling it from the hardware vendor's website may resolve the issue.
    5. Contact Vendor: If the driver is known to have problems with Windows, contact the hardware vendor for an updated driver that is compatible with your system's security settings.

By following these steps, you should be able to address the issue with the "wdcsam64.sys" driver not loading.
