i did not recive the code from the aunthenticator app in any of my electronic devices, i try in my phone, iPad or computer and it just not work. I can’t sign in without the code. I also tried with the qr code but i couldn’t either.

If you are not receiving any codes or push notifications from the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone, iPad, or computer, and QR code setup is also failing, first confirm whether the sign‑in is expecting a push notification or a 6‑digit one‑time passcode generated inside the app, as push approvals do not send a code.
Make sure Microsoft Authenticator is installed and updated, notifications are enabled, the device has an active internet connection, and date and time are set automatically. If no codes appear, the Authenticator registration is likely out of sync or broken; for work or school accounts, an administrator must reset your MFA methods and require re‑registration as documented at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/authentication/howto-mfa-userdevicesettings#require-re-register-mfa, while for personal Microsoft accounts you will need to use account recovery at https://account.live.com/acsr.
