Accessing Microsoft Teams for Education using school or organizational credentials
Dear @Mohammad Waris,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
As a moderator, I don't have the tools to investigate your specific account directly because this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas. However, I will try my best to guide you as clearly as possible.
Could you please help me check other office apps to see if they appear same issue?
Also, please help me sign in https://www.office.com/ and let me know if it shows same notification.
If all of them appear same notification, I noticed that you mentioned 'organization' in your post, may I ask that are you using school account?
If in this case, as Rick Machado comments above, let me clarify again: when you use a school account, you aren't the owner - the Organization is, so you cannot fix a deleted organization account by yourself. Only an IT admin of organization with access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center can manage user. So, in this case, help me reach out to your IT Admin first to ask them what happened with your account. If it was accidentally deactivated, they can help you recover from there.
If you’re unsure who the IT Admin is within your account's organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.
I am standing by to assist with any information. If you have any questions or require further clarification, do not hesitate to reach out.
Looking forward to your response!
