CLOUD payment request

Question

emails stating bank card needs to be updated. Asking for bank information that should not be needed. Microsoft pulls from my account every month without problem. Is this email legitimate?

Supposedly My cloud account has been suspended and all my photos and data will be deleted. How do I find out if this is real?
