emails stating bank card needs to be updated. Asking for bank information that should not be needed. Microsoft pulls from my account every month without problem. Is this email legitimate?

Supposedly My cloud account has been suspended and all my photos and data will be deleted. How do I find out if this is real?

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. If you are not seeing or encountering an error with regards to the subscription itself then this is highly likely a phishing attempt attempt to gain access to your account and it is best not to interact with this and it will be best to report it on this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/concern/scam.
