My laptop Bluetooth is not working properly. Whenever i tried to connect it does not show available device name to pair.
I am unable to pair my Bluetooth devices to my laptop.
I did every possible troubleshoot and took help from customer support (chat process) but still problem is not solved.

    Open Device Manager, try updating/reinstalling Bluetooth driver there.

    Let us know if this helps!

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    It is necessary to investigate this issue to understand the reason for it.

    Please do the following:

    1. Press "Windows + X" and select "Device Manager";
    2. Click on the "View" menu and select "Show hidden devices";
    3. Expand "Bluetooth";

    (If you don't have the Bluetooth category, let me know.)

    1. If the Bluetooth adapter is listed, right-click and select "Properties". Check if there is an error in "Device Status". If you see an error under Device Status, please share a screenshot.
    • If you can't identify the Bluetooth adapter, please share a screenshot of the devices under the Bluetooth category.
    • Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    Also, share a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

    Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    I await your reply.

    Try the following Windows 11–specific steps in this order to get Bluetooth working and make devices show up for pairing:

    1. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter
    • Open the Get Help app and run the Bluetooth troubleshooter: it will automatically diagnose and attempt to fix most Bluetooth problems.
    • If it cannot fix the issue, continue with the steps below.
    1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and discoverable
    2. Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
    3. Make sure the Bluetooth toggle is turned On.
    4. Move the Bluetooth device close to the laptop.
    5. Ensure the device is in pairing mode (often requires holding a button until a light flashes; check the device manual).
    6. Try pairing again from Bluetooth & devices > Add device.
    7. Remove and re-add the Bluetooth device (if it ever appeared before)
    8. Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
    9. If the device is listed, select More options (… ) > Remove device.
    10. Select Add device, choose Bluetooth, and select the device when it appears.
    11. Check the Bluetooth device itself
    12. Fully charge the Bluetooth device or replace its batteries.
    13. Turn the device off, wait a few seconds, then turn it on again.
    14. Keep it powered and in pairing mode while searching from the laptop.
    15. Restart Bluetooth and the PC
    16. Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
    17. Turn Bluetooth Off, wait at least 10 seconds, then turn it On again.
    18. If devices still do not appear, restart the PC: Start > Power > Restart.
    19. General checks if devices still don’t show
    • Confirm the laptop actually has Bluetooth hardware (check its product specifications).
    • Make sure no other nearby device is already connected to the same accessory (for example, a phone holding the connection). Disconnect it there, then try pairing from the laptop.

    If none of these steps make any Bluetooth devices appear in the list, the issue is likely with the Bluetooth adapter/driver or hardware; in that case, updating or reinstalling the Bluetooth driver from the PC manufacturer’s support site is recommended, and if that fails, service for the device hardware may be required.
