Question

Hello,

I recently activated the Microsoft 365 offer for students using my university email address, which should include 12 months of LinkedIn Premium.

However, I have not received the email required to activate LinkedIn Premium yet. I checked my inbox and spam folder, but nothing has arrived.

Could you please let me know:

• if there is a delay before receiving the activation email, or
• if there is an additional step required to claim the LinkedIn Premium benefit?

This Microsoft promotional offer was previously available to eligible LinkedIn members in selected regions. As part of the promotion, Microsoft provided a limited number of codes that members could redeem directly with Microsoft. The promotion has ended, and new codes are no longer being issued.

If you redeemed a code while the promotion was active, your access and benefits are managed by Microsoft. Any questions about redemption status, subscriptions, or benefits should be directed to Microsoft Support.
