Issue accessing my Outlook mailbox (2FA problem)
Dear Microsoft Support,
I am having issues accessing one of my Outlook mailboxes. I have a second account, <Mod remove PII> @outlook.fr, that I can no longer access.
I still have the phone number linked to this account and I am able to receive SMS, but when I try to sign in it asks for a 2FA code from the authenticator, which I no longer have. As a result, I am locked out of this mailbox, and I am also losing access to several services and accounts that are linked to this email address.
I have already tried the account recovery process multiple times (using the “Forgot password” / account recovery options), but it never completes successfully and I am always brought back to the same point where I am asked for the 2FA code.
Could you please help me disable or reset the 2FA on this account, or provide an alternative way to verify my identity using my linked phone number or any other method, so that I can regain access to <Mod remove PII> @outlook.fr ?
