SOC2 for Microdot Teams?

Hi,

Where can I get the SOC2 for Microdot Teams?

Checked Microsoft in-scope cloud platforms and services and could not see MS Teams.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/compliance/regulatory/offering-soc-2

Found this. Microsoft Teams does not have a standalone SOC 2 report. Microsoft publishes SOC 2 reports at the service‑family level, and Microsoft Teams is covered under the Microsoft 365 (Office 365) SOC 2 Type II compliance boundary. As a result, Teams inherits its SOC 2 compliance from Microsoft 365. You can find Microsoft’s official SOC 2 scope information here:

• Microsoft SOC 2 – In‑scope cloud services (Microsoft Learn): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/compliance/regulatory/offering-soc-2
```The official SOC 2 Type II reports applicable to Microsoft Teams are available through the Microsoft Service Trust Portal:
```yaml
• Microsoft Service Trust Portal: https://servicetrust.microsoft.com
```So I need Microsoft 365 Central Services - SOC 2 Type 2 Report and Microsoft 365 Microservices – SOC 2 Type II report?
Any thought on this?
Thanks
    Customers are required to sign in with a Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) organizational account to access the Service Trust PortalPortal and download the SOC reports. is this correct?
    Hello Sarhang Hevary,
    Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your questions here.
    I understand that you are in need of SOC2 for Microdot Teams.
    Microsoft Teams doesn’t have a standalone SOC 2 but publishes SOC 2 at the Microsoft 365 service‑family boundary, so Teams inherits SOC 2 Type II coverage from Microsoft 365. See Microsoft’s official scope and Teams’ security/compliance overview for this inheritance model: SOC 2 overview and Teams security & compliance.
    You can provide auditors with Microsoft 365 Central Services — SOC 2 Type 2, Microsoft 365 Microservices (Type 2) — SOC 2 Type 2, plus the current Microsoft 365 — SOC Bridge Letter from the Service Trust Portal. Access them at Service Trust Portal navigate to Audit Reports (/viewpage/SOC) and sign in with your Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) org account, accepting the Compliance NDA, the report entries are listed here: STP SOC page and STP access guidance is here: Get started with STP.
    I hope this is helpful! Do not hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions or clarifications.
