Not receiving some emails

I have had trouble for a couple of years now where I am not receiving all emails. I have checked my junk emails, added the senders to my approved senders list, checked that they are not on my blocked email list and am still not getting them all. About a year ago my email was hacked and a rule for automatic forwarding was set up but the issue was before and after that. I deleted that rule and changed my password but the problem of missing emails is still occurring.

I am unable to contact via chat any Microsoft support so I am asking here. It is frustrating as I have had the email address for 20 years and everything is tied to it. I have checked my email on the browser as well as on my tablet and phone. It's all the same. I also checked storage and that is fine.

TIA!

    Hello

Can you think of a few examples from recent, who the sending domains would be, for example, @business.com? so that I can review them. Thanks!
