When you first installed and activated Office that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account as a digital licence online and it is from there that you can re-install Office without the need for a product key:

Newer versions of Office won't let you reuse the product key. Instead, you have to use your associated Microsoft account to reinstall.

Hi, you have not said which version of Microsoft Office you have, but there is no possible way to use the Product Key to redeem a legitimate version of Microsoft Office. Is this a Pro Plus version?

Note: you can only use the Product Key once to redeem Office, thereafter you can reinstall Office on another computer (after uninstalling it from old one) from Services & Subscription of the Microsoft Account that you used to redeem Office along with the Product Key. Can you sign in at Services and Subscriptions of the Microsoft Account that you used to redeem Office. Here is a direct link: https://account.microsoft.com/services If you can you should see an install link for your Office.
