I'm trying to get setup for training for MS Endpoint Administrator. I want to use my personal account that way my entire profile is not lost. I already lost my profile once becuase I signed up for SC-900 and logged in using my work account and then I changed jobs, all my learning history was gone.

I cannot have my phone in my workspace. I started the sign-in process, ran out and turned my phone on. I selected the correct verification number on authenticator. I came back to my computer only to find "We didn't get an approval. We sent a sign-in request to your Microsoft app, but didn't get your approval in time." Really????I was gone no less than 2 minutes!!!

If I sign in now and start MS Endpoint Administrator training, will there be a way to transfer the learning profile to my pesonal account?

That is precicely what I am trying to do...... sign in with a personal account, but I can't do so as long I have to use Authenticator and I have less than a minute to get to my phone and approve the request.

Still cannot get logged in via authenticator no matter how quick I am with the request. it is truly unblieveable that there are no solutions in place to get started with my training. My only options now are to work on the training ONLY at home or use my work account and then lose access to all the training history a second time.
