problem scanning multiple page document

when i scan, it will only scan one page and does not give me the option to add a page

    Hi Bobby Pearce,

    Windows built-in scanner application does not support multiple page scanning at this moment, so you have to scan multiple times then combine them manually.

    However, the scanner manufactural may offer an application with such feature. Please navigate to your scanner support page to download and install scanning application to see if your scanner supports that.

    i am using 365 on my laptop NOT on a phone--how do i add pages to a scan when the "add" option is not there
