Dear Bing Support Team,

I added our business listing, Nexus Point Danacap, to Bing Places on 9 Mar 2026. The platform indicated it would be published within 7–12 days; however, it has now been over 12 days, and the listing is still not live.

The sync with Google has no issues, and the current status is still shown as "Pending Publish".

Could you please look into this issue and escalate the publication of our listing?

Thank you for your assistance.

Regards,
Nexus Point Danacap

    Hello Nexus Point Danacap,

I understand your Bing Places listing is stuck in "Pending Publish" longer than expected. A quick workaround is to make a minor edit to your listing (e.g. tweak a word in the description) and resubmit — this can re-trigger the publish pipeline and get it moving again.

If that doesn't work, the best next step is to reach out directly via the https://www.bing.com/forbusiness/contactSupport where the team can investigate the listing status on their end.

Bing Places for Business listings are managed and published through the Bing Places portal. To add or change information about a business in Bing Maps search results, the required action is to claim or update the business listing in Bing Places for Business. Some features and functionality may vary by country or region.

For a listing that remains in a pending state beyond the expected time, the next steps are:

    1. Sign in to Bing Places for Business and open the Nexus Point Danacap listing to confirm its current status and that all required information is complete.
    2. If the listing details are complete and the status remains stuck in a pending/publish state beyond the normal window, use the Bing support and feedback channels referenced under Microsoft Bing help to report the issue and request investigation.
    3. When contacting support, include the business name, address, and the date the listing was submitted so the support team can locate and review the listing.

Bing Places synchronization with other platforms (such as Google) does not control the Bing publication pipeline; the listing must complete Bing’s own validation and publishing process before it appears in Bing Maps search results.
