    Hi!

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

If you’ve linked your Google account to Microsoft Outlook (new Outlook or web), here’s how.

    Open Outlook

    Click Settings (Gear icon)

Go to Accounts → Email accounts

    Find your Gmail account

    Click Remove

    This disconnects Gmail from Outlook.

If there will be any removal request that you need assistance with let me know.

To unlink Google data from Microsoft apps, use the app or service where the Google account is connected and remove it there. Examples from the context:

In Microsoft Teams (free) on desktop (prior to May 2024):

    1. Open Microsoft Teams (free).
    2. Select Settings and more > Settings.
    3. Select Privacy.
    4. Under Sync accounts, select Remove next to From Google.
      • This also disconnects and removes synced Google contacts.

In Microsoft Teams (free) on mobile (prior to May 2024):

    1. Tap profile picture > Setting.
    2. Tap Privacy.
    3. Under Synced accounts, tap Remove next to From Google.
      • This also disconnects and removes synced Google contacts.

If Google is linked as a sign-in or alias for a Microsoft account, manage sign-in options at Manage how you sign in to Microsoft (for example, to stop using a Gmail address as a sign-in method).

If Gmail is added in classic Outlook and causing issues, Google access for “Microsoft apps & services” can be removed from the Google account, and related OAuth2 credentials can be deleted from Windows Credential Manager as described in the workaround.
