I can't sign in. Tried to add Google and now I can't get into Outlook. Tried numerous times and it keeps going around in circles. Need to talk to a live agent.

Hi! Sorry to hear that you have troubles with this situation, could you please share more information about what happens when you try to open the app? Try creating a fresh Outlook profile from File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles > Show Profiles, since Microsoft also documents profile removal as a valid repair step
