Accessibility button window on initial login screen

I feel that the “Accessibility” button doesn't meet my needs. It is an annoyance being the only user of my computer and having this appear at every login covering the info that I need to access to complete my login. I do not have a touch screen and I cannot move or remove this box. I have to wait for it to go away.

Therefore, the “Accessibility” feature that was introduced to improve the ease of use for some people with disabilities does affect people without disability in the process of using the computer. Why is there a problem in providing a solution to making this appearance at login optional?

The old Registry edit to remove the Accessibility button on the login screen no longer works, i9t seems Windows 11 no longer users that key.

The accessibility button is also there to allow users who do not need it normally to be able to log into Windows using the on-screen keyboard, if their keyboard is not working to log into Windows, which was required by many people with the USB keyboard bug that was in the February update this year.

This forum is just a user to user forum, the best option is to open the Feedback Hub app in Windows and suggest to their developers there that they provide a setting to remove the accessibility icon on the start menu, that is where they will see your feedback.

Windows includes the Accessibility (Ease of Access) options on the sign-in screen by design so that people who need assistive technologies can turn them on before logging in. This ensures that users with disabilities can enter credentials and interact with the sign-in UI.

The provided information does not describe any supported way to hide, disable, or make this Accessibility control optional on the Windows 11 sign-in screen. The Ease of Access Center is a core part of Windows accessibility and is intended to be available to all users from the earliest interaction with the system.

For feedback about the impact of this design or to request changes (such as making the control optional or movable), the recommended path is to submit product feedback through Windows feedback channels and, if accessibility behavior is involved, to contact the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk for further discussion and assistance. The Disability Answer Desk can provide guidance on accessibility features and also collect feedback from users about how these features affect everyday use.

Contact options and more information about accessibility support are available via the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk links in the references below.
