    2. Copy and paste the path below
         %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\OneDrive.exe /reset

    3. Press Enter then wait for 1-2 minutes

P.S. Checked in the Microsoft store if "One Drive" is available, - it's not. It leads me to the external website which I cannot download from, since I'm using my laptop in "S" Mode (that's how it was purchased), which means I can only download apps from the official Microsoft Store. So, what should I do now? This is a Microsoft program but no longer provided in the Microsoft store to download?! - Strange.

The error indicates Windows is trying to load a DLL (avutil-60.dll) from the OneDrive client folder and failing. The supported guidance in context for similar DLL and OneDrive issues is to repair or reinstall the affected app.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Uninstall and reinstall OneDrive
      1. Press the Windows key, type Programs, then select Add or remove programs.
      2. Under Apps & features, find Microsoft OneDrive.
      3. Select Uninstall and complete the removal.
      4. Download the OneDrive installer from the official site using the link in the documentation: Microsoft OneDrive app.
      5. Run the downloaded file and follow the prompts to sign in and set up OneDrive again.
The documentation notes that uninstalling/reinstalling OneDrive does not cause data loss; your files remain in the cloud and will resync.
    2. If the error persists after reinstall
      • Run a disk check on the drive where OneDrive is installed (usually C:), as file system issues can cause problems with files in the OneDrive folder:
        1. Select Start, type cmd, right‑click Command Prompt, and choose Run as administrator.
        2. Run:
                  chkdsk C: /R /F

        3. If prompted with "Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts?", type Y and press Enter, then restart the computer.
    3. General DLL guidance (if another app is calling that DLL)
      • If a specific program shows this error when Windows starts, uninstall and reinstall that program as well. The DLL may be on the wrong path, corrupted, or missing. Reinstalling the program reloads the correct DLL.

I've tried to reinstall one drive. It says find onedrive in the Microsoft store but it doesn't seem to exist. The alternative is to leave Windows 11S.
