Hi

I bought a 358h laptop and want to use WSL2. I'm sure the Virtualization is enabled on my laptop BIOS.

Had done:
dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:VirtualMachinePlatform /all

It is stuck at 36.7%.

Other work:
Remove-Item -Recurse -Force C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:VirtualMachinePlatform /all

Stuck at 28.7% again.

Some CBS log:

    Hi Yuhan,

Windows Update seems to have timed out. Please run the Windows Update Troubleshooter, which is based on the new "Get Help" platform:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/troubleshoot-problems-updating-windows-188c2b0f-10a7-d72f-65b8-32d177eb136c#id0ebf=windows_11

If it reports any errors, post them here.

In case the troubleshooter can't fix the issue, reset the Windows Update cache using this batch file:

Please reset the Windows Update cache using this batch file to see if that fixes the issue:

    https://gist.github.com/winhelponline/af9296c106448a664a6229d8146a85fd

    1. Download the zip file and extract the batch file to the desktop.
    2. Right-click on the batch file, click Properties, click "Unblock" (if present), and OK.
    3. Double-click the batch file to run it.
    4. After it completes execution, don't close it yet.
    5. Right-click on that Command Prompt window, click "Edit" and click "Select all"
    6. Right-click on that Command Prompt window, click "Edit" and click "Copy" (This copies the output to the clipboard.)
    7. Paste the info (Ctrl + V) into your reply window.
