Did you purchase a package of Office 2024 something from GroupOn? If so, the code should come from them, not from Microsoft. You need to contact their support to inquire.

However, I do want to let you know that, GroupOn has many sellers reselling volume licenses, when they are not supposed to. So, if what you bought was Office 2024 LTSC, or Pro Plus, you want to ask for your money back. Selling volume license to general consumers is considered violation of licensing terms and your licenes can be voided some day even if it works initially.
