Access to different workspaces in Microsoft Engage Center is controlled by the support agreements and configuration associated with the account and tenant. Engage Center creates workspaces as part of Enterprise/Support agreements, and only those workspaces that exist and that the account is entitled to will appear in the workspace switcher.
In this case, only the “Support for Business” (business support) experience is available, and there is no separate “Certification” or “Certification Support” workspace exposed through Engage Center. The workspace list and the Change button will only show workspaces that have been created and assigned; they cannot be changed or added from the user side.
For certification profile or exam-related issues, use the dedicated certification support channel instead of Engage Center workspaces. The official guidance for certification-related problems (including exam registration, profile issues, and Pearson VUE blocks such as ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK) is to contact certification support via the certification support link provided in the documentation. Engage Center support cannot create or manage certification cases on behalf of users.
If there are issues with the Engage Center platform itself (for example, problems loading pages, workspace switching not functioning as designed, or entitlement errors when opening support requests), use the built-in Engage Center help:
- In Engage Center, select the question mark icon at the top of the page.
- On the Support & Troubleshooting page, review the user documentation.
- If that does not resolve the issue, select Submit a support issue and follow the steps to create a support case for the Engage Center platform.
For business support (non-certification), if the organization has a Microsoft support plan, a support request can be created via the Support for business entry point using the Get Started flow described in the documentation.
Certification-related issues (exam scheduling, profile, Pearson VUE account blocks) must continue to be handled through the certification support channel, not via a separate Engage Center “Certification” workspace.
