Hello Johan Lindstrom,
The Wireless Entertainment Keyboard 7000 (model 1073) is from around 2006 and uses a proprietary 2.4GHz USB receiver, not Bluetooth, so it will not show up in Windows Bluetooth settings. "Resetting" it really means re-syncing it to its original receiver.
- With both the keyboard and mouse powered on, press and hold the Connect button on the underside of the keyboard for at least five seconds, then press the Connect button on the USB receiver.
- Replace the four AA batteries and plug the receiver directly into a USB port on the PC rather than a hub.
- Keep the receiver away from Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones, and large metal surfaces.
- Hard reset if still unresponsive: Remove the batteries, hold any key for about five seconds to drain residual power, leave the batteries out for 30 seconds, then reinsert fresh ones and repeat the Connect step.
Note that this hardware is about 20 years old and no longer actively supported, so feature support on current Windows 11 is limited to basic typing. And because it only pairs with its original receiver, if that receiver has been lost, the keyboard unfortunately cannot be paired with anything else.
