how do I delete all my conversations on copilot at once? nothing is working

To delete all Copilot conversations at once, use the activity history controls rather than deleting items one by one in the chat UI.

If signed in with a Microsoft account:

1. Go to Manage your Copilot activity history: https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/copilot
2. Under Copilot app activity history, select Delete all activity history.
3. Confirm the deletion.

If signed in with an Apple ID in the Copilot app:

1. Open the Copilot app.
2. Go to Account > Privacy > Clear my history.
3. Confirm the deletion.

If only specific conversations need to be removed (not all at once), use conversation history:

• On copilot.com: Open conversation history, select the three dots next to an item, then Delete.
• In Copilot for Windows or macOS: Open conversation history, right-click the item, then Delete.
• In the Copilot mobile app: Open conversation history, tap the three dots next to the item, then Delete.

By default, Copilot conversation activity is stored for 18 months if not deleted, but it can be removed at any time using the steps above.
