Copy and paste error in excel on mac

So i am having trouble with copying and pasting after filtering my data set with this one excel worksheet. After I filter the data, and select the filtered data and copy it when I paste it not allow the values come up that I copied. I will copy like 10 values and when I paste it in a different cell, only three of the values will come up. I don’t have this issue when I don’t filter the data set. I am also getting different means and medians after I filter the data. This is only happening with this specific excel spreadsheet.
