Is this the only dump file you have? Also upload the MEMORY.dmp file from C:\Windows. It's usually a large file.
Also upload your Event Viewer.
The intel.graphicssoftware.app problem may indicate a driver issue with your processor or GPU.
- Press WINDOWS + X > Select "Event Viewer" > Expand Windows Logs tab (Left Side).
- Right-click the "System" log > Save Events As > Put the log name of "System" and save it in an accessible place.
Now upload this file to a cloud, such as OneDrive, and send me a link. Follow the steps below:
