Lately my pc has been crashing when I open games. At first I thought it was overheating but I checked and my temps seem to be normal. In my event viewer I see a lot of intel.graphicssoftware.app events with errors and I have been looking and that has been the most frequent thing popping up along with the crashes. Here is the dmp file I hope anyone can help me!

    Hi!

Is this the only dump file you have? Also upload the MEMORY.dmp file from C:\Windows. It's usually a large file.

    Also upload your Event Viewer.

The intel.graphicssoftware.app problem may indicate a driver issue with your processor or GPU.

    1. Press WINDOWS + X > Select "Event Viewer" > Expand Windows Logs tab (Left Side).
    2. Right-click the "System" log > Save Events As > Put the log name of "System" and save it in an accessible place.

Now upload this file to a cloud, such as OneDrive, and send me a link. Follow the steps below:

    1. Upload System Log in OneDrive or Dropbox.
