    @Amoli Kakkar

Which specific issue are you seeing in your Microsoft Office apps? Which error messages do you see? And which symptoms do you observe?

    Hello Amoli Kakkar,

    I hope all is well.

Could you please share with me which Windows OS Version you are currently using?

I suggest the following remediation steps:

    1. Full Clean Uninstall Office

Delete the Following Folders after Uninstalling the Office App
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office
    %appdata%\Microsoft
    %localappdata%\Microsoft
    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared

Important Note: Do NOT delete random shared folders (only Office-related ones)

    Next, Clean Windows Credentials
Control Panel --> Credential Manager --> Remove entries like: MicrosoftOffice, Office16, ADAL, MSOID

I suggest using this tool Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (https://aka.ms/SaRA-OfficeUninstall)

Restart your PC before next step.

    1. Download the Official Installer from Microsoft Portal.

    Open https://portal.office.com/ or https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps
    User's image

Sign in with your Student Email/Account (Double Check: Make sure that your student account still having the required license. If not, check with your educational organization IT Department.
    Download Microsoft Installer

    That's it.

    Good Luck,

Let me know if you faced any error messages or request for more details.

    Regards,
    M
