Error AADSTS5000224 means the tenant being accessed is blocked or no longer available:

Given this code and the message that the tenant has been deauthenticated and is no longer available, self-service recovery in the portal is not possible. The only supported path is to contact Microsoft support so the case can be investigated and, if applicable, escalated to the appropriate internal team (for example, Data Protection or tenant recovery) to determine whether the tenant can be restored.
If there is a business impact and no admin access is available, the recommended pattern from similar lockout/tenant issues is to open a support ticket and work with support to restore access to the tenant.
