my recall disappears

my laptop is galaxy book6 (copilot+ pc)

and bit locker, window hello etc are turning on.

untill two weeks ago there is recall in my laptop.

but after disk partition adjusting, there is not recall in settings.

how can i fix it?

Open the old Control Panel.

At the top of the old Control Panel, set View to large icons.

Open the Programs & Features appley.

Click 'Turn Windows features on or off' link on the left.

In the resulting list, are you able to enable the Recall function.

Recall is an optional Windows feature and can be removed or disabled, especially after system changes like disk partition adjustments.

To make Recall available again on a Copilot+ PC:

1. Open the Windows Features dialog:
   • Select Start and type Turn Windows features on or off.
   • Open Windows Features.
2. In the list, look for Recall:
   • If Recall is unchecked, check it and restart the PC.
   • If Recall is missing, the feature may have been removed by policy or the device may no longer meet the system requirements.
3. After restart, enable snapshots:
   • Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Recall & snapshots.
   • If available, turn Save snapshots to On.

Important points from the current behavior of Recall:

• Recall is an optional feature and is available by default only on Copilot+ PCs that are not managed by an organization or school.
• By default, Save snapshots is turned off and must be manually turned on.
• If the device is managed by an organization or if an IT admin has applied policies, Recall or its settings can be removed or greyed out. In that case, only the admin can re-allow the feature.
• If Recall was removed (for example via Windows Features or policy), any previously saved snapshots are deleted and cannot be restored.
• Recall requires the device to meet specific system requirements (Copilot+ PC, minimum RAM, storage, BitLocker/Device Encryption, and Windows Hello ESS). If these requirements are no longer met after disk changes, the Save snapshots toggle or Recall itself can disappear.

If Recall still does not appear in Windows Features or Settings after these steps, and the device is not managed by work or school, contact the device or OS support channel with details of the partition changes and current storage configuration so they can verify whether system requirements or policies are blocking Recall.
