If you make a dummy account and try to access using that credential does that help in any way? Clear out existing credentials beforehand.

- Press Windows key + R and type netplwiz.exe
- Click the add button. Follow the steps to create a local account as detailed here. You can give the name something simpler, since we would use it only to access the Network.
- Make the local account administrator. Use these to access Network sharing.
- Once it is done, the Windows 11 network sharing credentials issue is resolved.
