I purchased Microsoft 365 Personal on January 5, 2026 and did not receive a Product Key. I did receive an order number 7805035139. How can I receive the product key

Have you tried logging in using the Microsoft Account you used to purchase the Office 365 license?

Microsoft 365 Personal normally does not require or provide a separate product key when purchased online. Installation and activation are done by signing in with the same Microsoft account that was used to make the purchase.

To use the subscription:

1. Go to the Microsoft account, Services & subscriptions page.
2. Sign in with the Microsoft account used on January 5, 2026 to buy Microsoft 365 Personal.
3. Locate the Microsoft 365 subscription in the list and select it to install and activate Office.
4. When any Microsoft 365 app prompts for activation, sign in with this same Microsoft account instead of entering a product key.

If a product key card was specifically purchased and no key was provided, or if there is still a belief that a key is missing, contact Microsoft Support with proof of purchase (such as the order number) so they can review the purchase and provide options.
