Using OneNote on Samsung Dex

Hi,

I am trying to use OneNote on Samsung Dex. My phone is a Samsung S25 fe with OneUI 8.5. It is connected to a monitor with a USB-C cable.

OneNote behaves perfectly on the phone itself but I cannot get it to do anything sensible when using Dex. When I start OneNote within Dex, I can use the top left icon to give me the option of "Sticky Notes", "Notebooks", "Settings" etc. If I choose Sticky Notes, all I see is a blank window. If I choose "Notebooks" I see my most recently edited note, but cannot edit it. Settings display as normal. So overall, it is useless.

Does anyone have any idea of whether it is possible to get OneNote to work reasonably on Dex?

Thanks, Andrew

    It's probably a compatibility issue.

    Have you try the below:

    1. Change size/view for the app
(Settings --> Samsung DeX --> ~Apps to use on DeX --> OneNote --> Screen Size/View --> Try different options. (Close OneNote and Re-Open it)
    2. try Classic DeX
    3. Last Workaround: Use OneNote through a browser in DeX

    Best,
