Can’t using another method for MFA verification

I’m Global Administrator, I Lost Microsoft Authenticator after changing phones. trying another method using SMS but still have error.

I have reached out to the engineering team to unblock MFA for your account. They have now unblocked it from the backend and removed the bad reputation on it. You should be able to log in to the Azure Portal without any issues.

Please try logging in and check if you can complete SMS authentication without any errors. Let me know if you encounter any issues.

Good morning,

I have the same Problem with an account - User admin@.. and Password are fine but the MFA needs to be unlocked.

I tried many times to solve the Problem by the MS KI Support, that doesn't work an d cost me many hours.
