I would like to request a refund for a purchase made through Google Merchant.

Transaction ID: GPA.3399-0527-9344-01868..0

Purchase Date: June 15, 2026

Amount: ₱489

I am requesting a refund because the subscription renewed automatically, and I was unaware that it would charge my account. I canceled the subscription as soon as I noticed the transaction and would like to request a refund.

I kindly ask you to review my request and process the refund if eligible under your refund policy.

Since it was purchased via third party - Google. You have to request via them.

For a Microsoft 365 or Copilot-related subscription purchased through Google Play (Google Merchant), refund requests must be handled by Google, not Microsoft.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Google Play’s refund help page: Learn about Google Play refund policies.
2. Sign in with the Google account used for the purchase.
3. Locate the transaction with ID GPA.3399-0527-9344-01868..0 and date June 15, 2026.
4. Submit a refund request, explaining that the subscription renewed automatically, you were unaware of the charge, and you canceled immediately after noticing it.

Microsoft support and the Microsoft account portal cannot process refunds for subscriptions bought via Google Play; only Google can review and approve or deny the refund under their policies.
