I'm hoping someone here — or a Microsoft employee — can give me a clear timeline on this.

I have an active Microsoft 365 Premium subscription ($199.99/year, renewed through November 2027) and I do not have the ability to create custom agents in my Copilot sidebar. I am aware that the custom Agent Builder rollout began in late April 2026 and was announced as available to consumer Copilot users, but as of today, June 16, 2026, my account does not have it.

What I see in my sidebar: The pre-built Microsoft agents (Researcher, Analyst, Photos Agent, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are all present and working. There is no "New Agent," "Create Agent," or "+" option anywhere in the Agents section, and nothing appears when I hover over the Agents header.

What I've already tried:

Hard refresh and different browsers

Signing out and back in

Navigating directly to microsoft365.com/copilot/agents

35 minutes on hold with Microsoft consumer phone support (no resolution)

My questions:

Is there a confirmed completion date for the custom Agent Builder rollout to M365 Premium consumer accounts?

Is there anything on my end I can do to trigger or expedite access?

Is Agent Builder definitively included in M365 Premium ($199.99/year) or is it being limited to a different tier?
