@live account - Repeat login attempts. There should be a way to block these.

Someone keeps trying to log into @live account. I’ve denied the request a dozen times in Authenticator.

if I deny the request once that IP should be blocked and any additional information regarding the attempt should be provided via email so I can give it to authorities.

not like they’ll do anything but we can already see you guys are on the lazy side out and aren’t going to do anything about it yourselves (even though you should take responsibility as Microsoft)

    You won't be blocking IP Addresses. This is different but effective.

    To repeat a warning that's in that article...
    Do not delete the original address. It becomes a non-primary alias that cannot be used for sighing in.
