I want to import a google sheets document into excel. The information I've obtained from searching says to go to Data and select Web. I have Microsoft 365, but find no tab for web under data. How can I import data from Google sheets

    Hello

If you are using Excel as a desktop app (not web version).

It should look like this. Can you confirm that you are still having trouble finding it?

To bring a Google Sheets document into Excel, the simplest supported method is to download it from Google Sheets as an Excel file, then open that file in Excel. Using Data > From Web is not required for this scenario.

    Use these steps:

    1. In Google Sheets, open the spreadsheet.
    2. Select File > Download > Microsoft Excel (.xlsx).
    3. Save the downloaded .xlsx file to the computer.
    4. Open Excel.
    5. In Excel, go to File > Open, browse to the downloaded .xlsx file, and open it.

This converts the Google Sheet into an Excel workbook that can be edited and used like any other Excel file.
