Hi i dont have microsoft business exchange to follow steps told by you to resolve inability to send teams invite through microsoft outlook

If you want to send Teams meeting invites from classic outlook you must have the business tier 365 license. Personal subscription will not work.

however you can use new outlook. When you create a new calendar item you will find the Teams toggle to turn it on and off.

For a personal Microsoft 365 subscription using an Outlook.com account, the Teams Meeting add-in in Outlook Desktop cannot be used to send Teams invites. The add-in installed by Teams for work or school only works with Microsoft 365 Exchange-based work accounts and is not supported for Teams for home or small business with Outlook.com.

To send Teams invites with a personal subscription:

1. Go to the Teams for personal and small business web app at https://teams.live.com and sign in with the same Outlook.com account used in Outlook.
2. Use this Teams for home or small business app (web or its desktop version) to create Teams meetings and send the meeting invitations. Meetings created there will synchronize to the Outlook Desktop calendar.
3. If the ability to create Teams meetings directly from Outlook Desktop is required, a subscription plan with an Exchange-based work account (for example, Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, or Office 365 E5) is needed.
