Missing Voucher After Microsoft Training/Event Attendance

Hello,

I attended the Microsoft training/event titled Microsoft Virtual Training Day: Build agentic AI solutions with Azure AI Foundry on 15/6/2026 and Microsoft Virtual Training Day: Develop generative AI apps with Azure AI Foundry on 15/6/2026 and 16/6/2026 using the email address linked to my learn account. According to the event details, I should have received a voucher, but I have not yet received it. I have checked my inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder, but nothing has arrived.

I did get 2 emails with?:

You’re now eligible to take the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals certification at 50% off the exam price.

You’re now eligible to take the Azure AI Apps and Agents Developer Associate certification at 50% off the exam price.

That asked for a voucher code, I never received ??

Could you please verify my attendance and issue the voucher or provide further guidance?

Not sure I've this is the correct location because that is also hard to navigate where to ask these questions.

The discount is applied to the Microsoft Learn profile for the email address used to register for the event. The discount is automatically applied at the final stage of checkout. The voucher will be applied five business days after the event.
