Subscription issues

I have a paid Microsoft 365 account. There is 11 months left on that subscription. I am still getting emails from Microsoft that I'm not paid and I'm going to lose all access to my data. I might have other accounts that is causing that alert, but I don't have access to old defunct emails associated with those accounts. I need to talk to a person to find out what I have so that I can have use of the products I've purchased, probably multiple times. I've wasted hours/days trying to resolve this issue and can not. Human interaction should be able to quickly identify and solve this issue. WHy is that not possible with all the money I've sent Microsoft over the decades? I mentioned and old product, so now Microsoft directs me to the web site, wishes me a nice day and hangs up without a second chance at a menu. Microsoft has essentially black listed a paid subscriber.

So, at the end of the day, Microsoft takes my money, says it's possible to talk with a person, but the AI instructions don't work, are repeated many times, a person confirms that it's possible, but "limited" but still no path forward from a multi-billion dollar company. Now we all know what they think of us.

Please note that Q&A is a user-to-user forum, not Microsoft support. Contributors in the forum do not have access to account and billing info.

Phone support is very limited for consumer (home use) products nowadays.

Since you may have multiple accounts (@outlook.com, @gmail.com etc.), you can try your various e-mail addresses at https://account.microsoft.com/services and, with a bit of luck, you will find the correct one.

See also https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft . You should be able to access chat support from there.
