fixing snipping tool

why can i not set snipping as a default no more it was working and then it just stops i have it set up and it worked fine now it dont

Open the Settings App.

Go to Apps - Installed Apps.

Scroll down to find the Snipping Tool app.

Select that app and click 'Advanced Options'.

Perform the Repair option and the Reset option for that app.

Then check if the snipping Tool app is working correctly.

If that does not resolve the problem, uninstall the Snipping Tool app and restart (not shut down) your PC.

Then download and install the latest version of the Snipping Tool app from the Store.
