    Can you give us more information on the Device you use?

    It seems like the scanner isn't connected to you PC, so please make sure to connect it before starting a scan.

    Windows Button -> Settings -> Bluetooth and Devices -> Printer and Scanner -> Add device.

    If you scanner is wireless, you have to connect it to your wifi first. Then it will appear there if you pc is on the same wifi network.
