I ended up doing a full reinstall even Microsoft or Samsung couldn't resolve the issue apparently SNAPDRAGON has loads of issues although battery life is brilliant ARM devices lacks support from windows

- Windows version and OS build (Settings > System > About).
- Does the issue occur on the built-in speakers, headphones, Bluetooth audio devices, or all audio output devices?
- What is the exact device model?
- Under Device Manager → Sound, video and game controllers, what audio devices are listed?

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.
Expand the 'Sound, Video and Game Controllers' section.
Please provide a screenshot of that full Device Manager window.
