In order to get a refund for the Microsoft 365 subscription would be to cancel the subscription through the services page here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Once you have signed into your account, please click onto "Manage" on the right-hand side of the Microsoft 365 tile.

When the subscription management page loads, please scroll down until you see an option "Cancel subscription"

If you are eligible for a refund, the system will notify you of this. You will need to follow the prompts to obtain the refund. If the system detects you are not eligible for a refund, it will cancel the subscription.
