On the top menu, click Help - Feedback, then on the resulting Feedback Panel you can make suggestions directly to the Office developers.
In each Office program, you can use Help>Feedback>Make a suggestion to access the Feedback fora. Post your idea, then others can vote on it. Microsoft uses this feedback to prioritize their programming. The more votes, the more likely it is to be implemented.
