    Hi, William!

Is Clipchamp the only app showing this internet connection message, or do other Microsoft apps or websites also have connection problems?

Also, what type of connection are you using, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, or Ethernet?

    Try the web version: https://app.clipchamp.com

If the web version works, the issue is likely with the desktop app.

You can also try resetting the app:

Settings → Apps → Installed Apps → Clipchamp → Advanced Options

    • Select Repair first.
    • If that doesn't work, select Reset.
