When I try to log in to my account, I receive the following error: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.TenantAccessBlockedException.

I believe my Microsoft 365 account or tenant has been blocked, and I suspect I may have lost administrator access. I am the verified owner of the domain and would appreciate your assistance in restoring access to the account and recovering administrator privileges.

Please let me know what information or verification is required to proceed. Thank you for your help.

    Dear @Kelvin Lee,

Based on similar tenant lockout and blocked-tenant scenarios, the error Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.TenantAccessBlockedException typically indicates that the Microsoft 365 tenant has been blocked, restricted, suspended, or is otherwise inaccessible at the service level.

    • First, could you please let me know where you are seeing this error? Are you receiving it when signing in to Outlook, Microsoft 365 Office apps, or the Microsoft 365 Admin Center?
    • Also, are you still able to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center? If so, could you please check whether your Office 365 licenses or subscriptions have expired?

You may also find it helpful to review the similar case below to see whether it matches your situation: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.TenantAccessBlockedException after paying DUE Azure Subscription

Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated. Thanks for your precious time.

I am looking forward to your response!
