    Hii,

    Make sure the cable is disconnected and turn on the MX Vertical.

    Botão Easy-Switch

    Press the Easy-Switch button to select the channel you want to pair with. (Make sure the LED is flashing rapidly — if not, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.)

    Locate the Bluetooth settings on your computer.

    On Windows: Select Start > Settings > Devices > Add Bluetooth device > Add “MX Vertical” MX Vertical is connected.

    If it doesn't appear, test with your smartphone to see if it appears in the Bluetooth settings.

    If it does, search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.
