Stuck on Preparing Automatic Repair

My computer has failed to work for the past month I am unable to do anything but BIOS I tried to enter safe mode and advanced options and everything else I reset the BIOS and got the same result, I also tried a USB and it loaded only to get stuck again and I also don't have another computer to make a BIOS update drive

The 'Preparing Automatic Repair' black/blue screen does not indicate a problem with BIOS, it indicates a corrupt operating system.

Are you unable to force your PC into the Recovery Environment using these steps and if so, have you tried all available recovery options in there, and they all failed?

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc. 2

If none of the options in the recovery environment work for you, you indicate you have created a bootable Windows USB, what happens on your screen when you try to boot your system up from that, what error is on the screen.

What is the make (Dell, Asus, Lenovo... etc.) of your PC, the method to boot form a USB varies from PC to PC.

I don't get loading dots it's just black screen and then preparing automatic repair and my USB error is that it just

loads a spinning logo and never works it's a HP Desktop.

Thank you for that information.

On a HP, insert the USB, then start the device and on the HP logo screen, repeatedly press the Esc key, then on the resulting menu press F9, that should bring up the temp boot menu, to boot from the USB.

If that does not cause the USB to boot correctly, you may need to create a new bootable USB on a different USB flash drive with the official Media Creation Tool to check if that will then boot up.

any USBs I've bought won't work and I don't have another PC to make a drive sadly

What method was used to create the bootable USB you are trying to boot your system up from?
