Windows 11 update failure

Windows 11 failed to update from 23H2 to 25H2. Showing Install error - 0x800700c1. This has been happening for the longest time. I tried all suggestions out there including in-place upgrade. How do I fix this issue?

Here's the fix, based on your DISM and Setup logs.

Download SFCFix.exe by niemiro of Sysnative forums, and save this to your Desktop.
Download the file, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it. See illustration image
When you see the prompt "Will you allow SFCFix to communicate with Sysnative servers?", type "n" for no. Press Enter to continue.
SFCFix will now process the script. It will take some time to complete. Upload the output file SFCFix.txt to your OneDrive.
Restart Windows and attempt to install the 25H2 Feature Update.

Note: SFCFix.zip contains 22 MB of payloads to replace the corrupt modules with fresh copies.

I did not see the message "Will you allow SFCFix to communicate with Sysnative servers?". Instead, it asked for a verification to make changes to the computer. Then it outputted a file SFCFix.txt-Notepad. Did I do the right thing?

Please upload the following setup log files to OneDrive or GoFile.io and post the link here:

C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log

C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Note: C:\$WINDOWS.~BT is a hidden folder. To access it, press Win + R, type C:\$WINDOWS.~BT and click OK.

Add the files to a zip archive and upload it.

Thanks for your response Ramesh but security software suggests that the GoFile.io is unsafe. In any event I cannot get the setupact.log file to become a zip file. I get the message- File not found or no read permission. Any further suggestion is appreciated.

I get the message- File not found or no read permission. Any further suggestion is appreciated.

Please copy the file to the desktop, zip it, and upload it to OneDrive or another portal like WeTransfer.com

Thank you very much, Ramesh; with your help, I was able to perform the update. Unfortunately, I still cannot use applications like the Calculator and Windows Scan, as they close on their own, but I will use similar programs. Thanks again.
