    Hello Don Russell

I'm so sorry to hear about the issue with Copilot, I understand that Copilot instructions advised you to reach out to a Support agent, but have you tried these steps yet:

    1. Repair/Reset the app:
      • In case you're using the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Open Windows settings (Windows + I) > Apps > Installed apps > Search Copilot > click three-dot > Repair
      • If you're using the Copilot standalone app, do the same steps as above
    2. Try with the Copilot Web version
    3. If the issue persists, here's how to reach out to Microsoft Support agent:
      • Go to Contact Us - Microsoft Support
      • Select Copilot
      • Click Get Home Support
      • Type a brief description of your issue in the search box.
      • Click Get Help and select Contact Support below.
      • Go to the Products and services tab and choose the appropriate product.
      • On the Category tab, choose the appropriate category or an alternative option.
      • Go to Confirm. Look for and select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" (during business hours) if available. Explain your situation clearly.

    I hope this helps
